Chicken nugget

Sebelum digoreng







Assalamualaikum,

Ni resepi tertangguh. Chicken nugget ni mmg sedap dan rasa ayamnya padat. Resepi ni saya copy n paste drp fotopages Mamafami.



CHICKEN NUGGETS (NoorMasri)

Ingredients :




500 g minced chicken


1/4 cup fresh breadcrumbs *


1/2 teaspoon white pepper


salt to taste


For coating :


Breadcrumbs or you can also grind cornflakes

1 - 2 eggs ~ lightly beaten

Oil for frying




Method :





1. Mix well the minced chicken, fresh breadcrumbs, white pepper and salt.


2. Take a bit of the mixture, roll into a ball then flatten it. Arrange on a tray. Repeat the process till all mixture is finished.


3. Heat the oil.


4. Dip the nuggets in the egg then coat with breadcrumbs, then again in the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs. This is to get a thicker skin.

5. Fry on medium heat till golden brown.

6. Serve with chillie sauce.


Note : I make my own breadcrumbs. I'll arrange the slices of bread on a tray, bake them in the oven till crunchy then put in the food processor.

Nota saya:

- serbuk roti tu, saya buat mcm Mamafami. Suhu oven dlm 180 darjah dan bakar selama 15-20 minit. atau hingga keperangan. kemudian patah2kan biskut tu (sbb dah keras) dan masukkan dalam blender kering (bukan utk blender cili tu, blender yg kecil tu utk blend bawang bagai tu)tapi bakar roti tu jangan sampai terhangit, nanti rasa pahit serbuk roti tu.

- kalau menyalut nugget mentah ni dlm telur dan serbuk roti sekali round aje tak pe.
